Quick and Easy Stir-fry

This is my favorite quick meal to turn to in a pinch and it's so darn tasty with the homemade sauce I make to go along with it...

You first start by cooking your chicken in chunks. Coat the chicken in 2 tbs of garlic powder and 6 tbs of cornstarch. It makes the chicken so flavorful and delicious.
Then in a separate bowl mix together your sauce then add to the chicken. The sauce is made up of 4 tbs of oyster sauce, 4 tbs of soy sauce, 4 tbs of rice wine vinegar, 2 tbs of sesame oil, and 1/2 water. It is such a delicious and flavorful sauce.
rThen cook some frozen vegetables. I cooked a full bag of stirfry vegetable with an addition of 1-2 cups of frozen edamame.

Then top some rice like I cooked in the previous post yesterday with the cooked veggies and add some chicken on top with a little of the extra sauce. It is great and you wont regret it!

enjoy !!!
