goulash

This is a wonderfully easy and delicious recipe for goulash that I have been making for years. It is comforting, filling, and healthy. There is also only 5 simple ingredients for this recipe which is the best part.



You need to start by cooking your elbow noodles. I usually use 1/2 lb of elbows and its more than enough for my husband and I.

Then brown your ground beef or ground turkey in a fry pan. Once the meat is completely cooked through chop up a green pepper and an onion and mix in with the beef.



Then once your elbows are cooked and your pepper, onion, and beef mixture has softened mix it all together with the sauce of your choice.



Top it with some Parmesan cheese and Enjoy !!!!
