Banana Bread

This is by far my favorite banana bread recipe. It is amazing. Its perfect anytime of day. There are 4 banana's mashed up in it which really helps with keeping it very moist. Every time I make this I think of my grandmother sitting at our kitchen table when she would visit from Wisconsin in the teal bathrobe she would borrow from my mom. Drinking coffee and have a couple of slices of banana bread or pumpkin bread in the morning.

So you could say that I thoroughly enjoy making this you could say. A lot of people put nuts in banana bread, but this recipe does not include them. If you like nuts in your banana bread put them in for sure!

For the recipe you will need:
4 ripe bananas
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of salt
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 cup of veggie oil

First combine all your dry ingredients minus the cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
Then cream the sugar and eggs together like below until they are nice and foamy.
Then mush the bananas up and add to the egg mixture with 1 tsp of vanilla, 1/2 cup of veggie oil, and 1 tsp of cinnamon.
Then mix the dry ingredients with the wet and put in a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-1 hour.....Check it at about 40 minutes to ensure it is not getting too brown. This recipe will make two loaves so if you would only like to make one just cut the recipe right in half. Its as easy as that!
Enjoy !!!
