dessert options

Frequently, desert is always an after dinner thought. I do like it now and again like any other living human being. But I do like to have a desert that has some added health benefits instead of just being something nice to have after dinner.

It is very simple too! Put 2-3 cookies of your choice in the bottom of a glass and crush them up. Then top it with 3/4 to 1 cup of vanilla yogurt. Then top it with some canned blueberries in light syrup. It is delicious!
